Skimke's Smokin'  n  grillin'is a family owned and operated restaurant that holds a high standard for a customer service quality food. The name Skimke's originates from the first letter of each of the family members' name: Shaina (pictured center), Kierra (pictured right), Isaac, Monique, and Kimberly Eckles (pictured left).

Although Skimke's has been open for 6 years the owners have over 25 years of experience in cooking, grilling, management, and customer service.

Skimke's has award-winning barbecue ribs and is well known for its Southern style rib tips and barbecue sauce.
